We start at 9.30am on Monday morning on-board Fire Dancer and run through to 4pm on the Thursday, offering 3 nights on board our yacht delivering a real experience of life afloat; sailing each day around Falmouth and the Carrick Roads.
We start at 9.30am on Tuesday morning at our land-based venue Water’s Edge for a day of taster sessions in Mindfulness, EFT, Chi Kung, and group work. This is followed by 2 days of sailing on Fire Dancer staying on-board for 2 nights; finishing around 4pm on the Thursday.
The Sail into Life programmes are person centred and delivered to meet the needs of those who sail with us.
Our staff include a skipper, therapist/first mate and evening support worker.
The days on-board are structured around sailing the beautiful Cornish coastline and exploring the water ways around Carrick Roads interspersed with psychological education.

The programme is also suitable as a means of prevention, where individuals are encouraged to learn and adopt coping strategies that will see them hopefully avoid poor mental health, or at least, know how to reduce it.
