Whether you’re suffering from a specific mental health problem, would like support to improve your emotional resilience, or just want to boost your general wellbeing, Sea Sanctuary can help you.

By referring yourself to Sea Sanctuary you’re taking a positive step to gain the support you need to achieve a better state of wellbeing.

We have lots of options from creative day sessions, four-day programmes on our yacht, or one-to-one time with our counsellors.  When you refer yourself, you can tell us if you’ve had specific diagnosis, if you’re using any medication, and highlight the areas where you most feel you need to improve.

The assessment process is simple and informal and is a way for us to get to know you better and understand how we can help you and offer guidance on how we might be able to give you the best support so you can make the most of Sea Sanctuary services.
